Meet the Board

Board President

Stacia is a lifelong climber and outdoor enthusiast with a background in public health. She is passionate about the work that the BCC does and hopes to grow the organization through education and advocacy efforts.

Board Vice President

Tucker loves to climb and loves to build connections in the community. As the founder of Spokane’s Boomjam Festival, he brings his wealth of event planning knowledge to the BCC.

Board Secretary

Jaleena is a pharmacist, but outside of work she’s happiest exploring the outdoors. She spends her free time rock climbing, backpacking, working out, and paddleboarding whenever she can. Serving as secretary has been a great way to give back to a climbing community that has brought her so many friendships and adventures.

Board Treasurer

Jacob is a geologist who started rock climbing in middle school and has enjoyed all of the diverse crags around Spokane.

Member Chair

Nick loves all genres of climbing, but most of his climbs are focused on experiencing nature with friends.

Access and Community Partnership Chair

Brannen is a southern transplant to Spokane and is passionate about climbing, conservation and outdoor education. He is also active in the Spokane Mountaineers and serves on their climbing committee.

Board Member

Gina is originally from Michigan and moved to Spokane in 2016. She started climbing soon after thanks to the great climbing gyms and plethora of local crags in the area. She works as a park ranger at Riverside State Park and loves exploring the great outdoors in her free time.

George loves rocks and dogs. He has been on the bolting committee at the BCC for many years.

Ariana is a self-proclaimed 5.14 stick-clipper and can be found sport climbing on most days. She hopes to make climbing welcoming and accessible for everyone through her work with the BCC and beyond.

Bob is a dedicated, life-long climber who strives to be a friend to all, and is grateful for all that climbing has given him together with all the people and adventures along the way.

Jared is a local Spokane climber, outdoor enthusiast, and an engineer who is passionate about the climbing community and protecting access to the places we love to climb.

Zach has been a board member with the BCC since 2019. In that time he’s served as a general board member, Vice President, and bolting committee member.

Board Member

Michael was born and raised in Spokane and started climbing as a teenager. He loves every aspect of it and hopes to share his love and knowledge of climbing with others.

Dana has been climbing in the Inland Northwest for over 15 years and has a passion for sharing the climbing stories and history of the region.
